Accepting these terms

ShowFlow is operated by Curtain Call Worldwide LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. "We", "us" and "ShowFlow" in these terms mean that company.

By making a ShowFlow account or using the service you agree to these terms. You need to be at least 13 years old. If you do not agree, do not use ShowFlow.

What ShowFlow is

ShowFlow lets you record concerts you have been to, see your history build up over time, and follow other people to see theirs. It is offered as it is. We may change or stop features, and we will try not to surprise you when we do.

Where the concert data comes from

Show listings, setlists and artist information are gathered from Setlist.fm, MusicBrainz, TheAudioDB and Deezer. That data is contributed by other people and is sometimes incomplete or wrong. A setlist on ShowFlow is a record of what those sources say was played, not a guarantee. Setlist.fm data is used under a non-commercial restriction.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility. One account per person. Your username is chosen once and cannot be changed afterwards, though you can change your display name whenever you like. We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, and you can delete yours at any time from Settings.

What is not allowed

Do not post or send anything that harasses, threatens or bullies another person. No hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or age. No sexually explicit material. No spam, scams or advertising. No impersonating another person. Nothing illegal, and nothing that encourages others to do something illegal. Do not scrape the service, break into other people’s accounts, or interfere with how ShowFlow runs. There is no tolerance for abusive users or objectionable content here, and accounts that post it are removed.

Reporting and enforcement

Every show log, comment and profile can be reported from inside the app, and you can also write to privacy@showflow.io. We review every report and act on it within 24 hours. Acting means removing the content, removing the account that posted it, or deciding it does not break these terms. Someone who repeatedly posts objectionable material loses their account.

Blocking

You can block anyone. A blocked person cannot see your profile or your shows, cannot follow you, and cannot interact with anything you post. Blocking also removes any likes and comments already exchanged between you. You do not have to explain a block to anyone, and we do not tell the person they have been blocked.

Your content stays yours

Anything you write or upload belongs to you. So that ShowFlow can work at all, you give us permission to store your content and display it to the people your privacy settings allow, and to include it in a share card if you make one. That permission is limited to running the service and ends when you delete the content or your account. We do not sell your content and we do not license it to anyone else.

No warranties

ShowFlow is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise the service will always be available, or that the concert data is accurate or complete. Keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ShowFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of New Jersey.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app if the change is material. Continuing to use ShowFlow after that means you accept the new terms.
